Amenities and Co. delivers to your door throughout South Africa and internationally.
South African Orders
You can also make use of BobBox & Pargo Click & Collect, which is not delivery to your door but collecting your order is made easy from any chosen box or counter.
Standard Shipping (Main Centers) -
Outlying Areas - Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery to outlying areas could take up to 5-7 working days.
Express Shipping - Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders placed before 12pm on the day will be dispatched on the same day you placed your order. All orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Delivery takes 1-2 working days.
BobBox
Local: Delivery to the chosen locker or counter takes up to 2 working days. Main Centers: Delivery to the chosen locker or counter takes up to 2-3 working days.
NB - You have a 72 hour window from the day of delivery to collect your order from the chosen locker or counter. Your order will be returned to our warehouse if not collected within 72 hours. We will then have to resend it to you at an additional shipping fee.
Pargo Click & Collect
Local/Main Center: Deliveries to the chosen counter takes up to 3 working days. Regional: Deliveries to the chosen counter takes up to 5 working days.
NB - You have an 8-day window from the day of delivery to collect your order from the chosen counter. During this time, you will receive three reminder notifications. Your order will be returned to our warehouse if not collected within 8-days. We will then have to resend it to you at an additional shipping fee.
Free shipping - if you spend R1000 or more.
Main Centres are areas within Cape Town, JHB, Durban, Pretoria, etc. These towns and cities are serviced by a daily flight schedule.
Outlying Areas are any town or city in South Africa that is
not catered for via a daily flight schedule. These areas are far away from towns or cities.
Order processing time takes 1-2 days. These days are not included in the delivery period that your order is with the courier. Have peace of mind our team will always try process and package your order efficiently.
Bulk orders take 2-3 days to process and package.
Please double check your delivery address and postal code before placing your order. This will avoid delivery delays.
Courier delays could take place due factors out of our control. We will communicate these delays and closely monitor your order until it's delivered.

International Orders
All international shipping rates are worked out at checkout based on your location.
Customers are responsible for all landing charges such as duties, fees and taxes. These charges vary for each country.
Delivery turnaround varies for each country. Have peace of mind we will aim to get your order shipped to you urgently.
